Hotel by the sea

The hotel is situated by the sea and offers a unique view. It has a total capacity of 20 rooms (max 42 guests) and spreads in three buildings (buildings A, C and E). All of the rooms will have private terraces with sitting area and most of them will also have private swimming pools. Two of the rooms will become superior suites.

The facilities are allocated in Building B, C and D, where there will be the reception, the breakfast area, a gym, a spa and a beauty salon. The total area of the indoor space is 644,14m2, the basements 878,69m2, the shared swimming pools 163,94m2 and the private swimming pools 122,84m2.
