A beautiful staircase leads to the 2nd level where 2 additional bedrooms and a spacious independent bathroom are located.

Apart from the main villa there are 2 independent guest houses. The 1st one consists of 2 roomy bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a wc, a beautiful living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen while the 2nd one consists of 2 sizable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room, a lounge area, an auxiliary kitchen and a wc.

The last unit which comprises Villa Sunny is an independent studio, with a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and an auxiliary kitchen.
